气井油套环空远程监控系统设计

气井油套环空异常带压现象是严重影响安全生产的因素之一,该环空的状态监测能够为井筒完整性评估以及后续操作提供重要依据.针对气井油套环空异常带压的远程监控问题,开发了一套基于STM32的远程监控系统,该系统通过现场控制器和计算机上位机软件实现了对环空压力、温度和泄压流量的远程监测以及远程泄压控制,并建立了室内模拟试验验装置.通过理论计算与交叉试验,证实了该系统良好的准确性,为保障气井生产安全与井屏障完整性诊断工具研究提供了参考.
Design of Remote Monitoring and Control System for Gas Well Casing-tubing Annulus
The abnormal pressure in the casing-tubing annulus of a gas well is one of the factors that seriously affect the safety production,and the condition monitoring of this annulus can provide an important basis for wellbore integrity as-sessment and subsequent operation.A remote monitoring system based on STM32 is developed for remote monitoring of abnormal pressure in the annulus of gas wells.The system realizes remote monitoring of annular pressure,temperature and pressure relief flow rate and remote pressure relief control through field controller and computer host software.The accuracy of the system is confirmed through theoretical calculations and cross-tests,providing a reference for the study of well bar-rier integrity diagnostic tools to ensure the production safety of gas wells.
