摘要

Lambda是针对自衡对象有效的PID控制器工程整定方法.在频域上针对使用该整定方法的闭环控制系统进行分析,给出了相位裕度和幅值裕度的计算公式,并对λ选择进行了分析.当λ=τ相位裕度和幅值裕度分别达到61.4°和π,这两个参数都非常接近工程推荐的最佳裕度.当被控对象是高阶过程时,可以采用基于响应曲线的控制模型辨识工程方法获得控制模型的等效模型增益、等效时间常数和等效纯滞后时间,然后用Lambda整定公式进行PID整定.仿真结果展示了获得模型的过程和整定方法的有效性.

Abstract

Lambda is an effective PID controller engineering tuning method for self-regulating processes.The closed-loop control system using this tuning method is analyzed in frequency domain,and the calculation formulas of Phase margin and amplitude margin are given.And λ was analyzed.When λ=τ The Phase margin and amplitude margin reach 61.4° and π re-spectively,and these two parameters are very close to the optimal margin recommended.When the controlled process is a high-order process,an engineering method based on response curve control model identification can be used to obtain the effective model gain,effective time constant,and effective deadtime of the control model.Then,the Lambda tuning formula is used for PID tuning.The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained model process and tuning method.
