针对智慧建筑各子系统存在可视化程度低、信息孤岛严重、维护成本高、能耗高等问题,依托BIM+IOT和数字孪生技术,研究开发了以湖南省某公司楼宇智能化为出发点的智慧建筑综合管理平台,该平台以可视化、智能化、网络化、集成化为目标,通过对建筑园区的感知、监测、分析、整合以及精细化定位和管控,实现了园区、建筑、室内、设备的逐级可视和全天候数字孪生可视化管理,提升了运维效率、智能化管控程度和用户体验.
In view of the problems of low visualization degree,serious information island,high maintenance cost and high energy consumption of subsystems of smart buildings,this paper relies on BIM+IOT and digital twin technology to re-search and develop a smart building integrated management platform based on the intelligent building of a company in Hu-nan Province.The platform aims at visualization,intelligence,networking and integration.Through the perception,monitoring,analysis,integration,as well as fine positioning and control of the architectural park,the multi-level visual and all-weather digital twin visual management of the park,buildings,interior and equipment is realized,and the operation and maintenance efficiency,intelligent management and control degree and user experience are improved.
