谷物均匀受热烘干箱控制系统的设计

随着谷物烘干工业的不断发展,对谷物烘干过程中的自动化控制和加工质量要求也越来越高.为了使谷物在烘干过程中能够均匀受热,避免因烘干不均导致谷物品质下降的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的谷物均匀受热烘干箱.该系统主要采用了西门子S7-200系列PLC作为控制器,结合STEP7编程软件进行程序设计和调试.实现快速、准确地检测并控制谷物的温度,使谷物烘干时达到均匀受热的效果,能够有效地提高谷物品质和经济效益.该设计还具有控制能力强、可靠性高等优点,具有应用前景和推广价值.
Design of Control System for Evenly Heated Drying Ovens for Grains
In order to make the grain evenly heated during the drying process,avoid the problem of poor grain quality due to uneven drying.In this paper,a PLC-based uniform heated drying oven for grain is designed.The system mainly adopts Siemens S7-200 series PLC as the controller,combined with STEP7 programming software for program design and debugging.Realize fast and accurate detection and control of grain temperature,so that grain drying to achieve uniform heating effect,can effectively improve grain quality and economic benefits.The design also has the advantages of strong control ability,high reliability,etc.,and has a wide range of application prospects and promotion value.
