Fast Temperature Estimation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Luenberger Observer
In this paper, the problem of temperature estimation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)wind-ings is studied. In order to optimize the temperature estimation accuracy of the lumped parameter thermal network(LPTN)on the motor winding, taking into account the simplicity and cost of the process flow in the motor manufacturing process. In this paper, the temperature is estimated at the three key nodes of winding, brake and housing, and a three-node LPTN model is designed, and a temperature sensor is placed in the cavity near the motor brake, and the error between the brake temperature estimated by LPTN and the sensor temperature is taken as the feedback signal into the Luenberger ob-server,and then the LPTN model is introduced to complete the temperature correction of the three node temperatures.Fi-nally,an experimental study is carried out on a PMSM motor to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
