非穿戴无感知睡眠监测系统设计

随着生活节奏的加快,生活压力也逐渐增大,越来越多的人存在不同程度的睡眠障碍,因此监测睡眠过程对睡眠障碍的治疗研究具有重要意义.基于物联网技术,设计并实现了一种非穿戴式无感化睡眠监测系统,主要由中控机、显示屏、智能床垫和服务器构成.中控机程序主要通过C++语言实现,显示屏在Android Studio上开发,服务器采用MySQL数据库存储数据,前端采用Vue.js框架开发,后端采用Springboot框架开发.为测试验证该系统的有效性,招募受试者进行测试实验.实验结果表明,该系统可初步筛查出患有睡眠障碍的人群,具有十分广泛的应用前景.
Design of Non-wearable and Non-perceptual Sleep Monitoring System
As the pace of life accelerates and the pressure of life increases,more and more people suffer from sleep disorders of various degrees.Therefore,monitoring the sleep process is of great significance for the treatment of sleep dis-orders.Based on the Internet of Things technology,this paper designs and implements a non-wearable and non-perceptu-al sleep monitoring system,which is mainly composed of a central control computer,a display screen,a smart mattress and a server.The central control computer program is mainly realized by C++language,the display screen is developed on Android Studio,the server uses MySQL database to store data,the front end is developed by Vue.js framework,and the back end is developed by Springboot framework.In order to test and verify the effectiveness of the system,this study recruited volunteers to conduct experiments.The results show that this system can preliminarily screen out people suffering from sleep disorders,and that it has very broad application prospects.
