一种物流控制系统在钢铁企业智能工厂项目中的研究与设计

主要针对北京首钢股份有限公司某智能工厂项目中的物流控制系统进行了研究与设计.通过对生产计划执行系统和自动仓储管理系统的有效衔接,采用RFID技术、温度传感检测技术和机器视觉技术,实现原料库区从钢卷来料入库到上料生产轧制的自动出入和智能管理.通过车牌识别摄像机对钢卷运输车辆的号牌进行识别验证,实现原料库大门的门禁自动控制;通过钢卷号识别摄像机和RFID标签读写器对入库和出库钢卷卷号进行顺序自动识别和生产订单校验,通过红外测温仪对钢卷入库温度进行自动测量和入库条件判定,实现原料库内门的门禁自动控制和天车吊装垛位的自动匹配录入.达到提高入库接卷效率、缩短物流运转周期、减少人员配备数量、降低人为干预操作、排除安全风险隐患、避免信息录入错误的目标.
Logistics Control System in Intelligent Factory Project of Iron and Steel Enterprise
This paper mainly focuses on the research and design of logistics control system in an intelligent factory pro-ject of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd.Through the effective connection between the production planning execution system and the automatic warehouse management system,based on RFID technology,temperature sensing detection technology and machine vision technology,realize automatic entry and exit and intelligent management from steel coil storage to production.This paper uses the license plate recognition camera to identify and verify the number plate of the steel coil transport vehi-cle to realize automatic control.Through the coil number identification camera and RFID technology,the coil number is au-tomatically identified in sequence and the production order is calibrated.Automatic measurement and condition determination of incoming temperature by infrared thermometer to realize automatic access control and automatic matching and entry of overhead crane hoisting stacking position.
