针对火电机组再热汽温控制对象的大滞后、大惯性特性,基于自主可控DCS,以串级调节为基础,综合采用相位补偿控制、状态变量反馈控制、自适应控制以及智能前馈控制等先进控制技术,开发了全新的再热汽温优化控制系统,可有效改善再热汽温控制对象的闭环控制特性.该系统成功应用于某 320 MW机组的再热汽温控制中,实际运行表明,在机组变负荷工况和稳态工况下,优化后的再热汽温控制均取得了良好的控制品质.
Research and Application of Reheat Steam Temperature Optimization Control System of Power Plant Based on Fully Autonomous Controlled DCS
In response to the large lag and inertia characteristics of the reheat steam temperature control object in ther-mal power units,a new reheat steam temperature optimization control system has been developed based on an au-tonomous and controllable DCS,cascade regulation as the foundation,comprehensive use of advance control technologies such as phase compensation control,state variable feedback control,adaptive control and intelligent feedforward control technology,which can effectively improve the closed-loop control characteristics of the steam temperature control object.The reheat steam temperature optimization control system has been successfully applied to the reheat steam temperature control of a 320MW unit.The actual operation shows that during the process of variable load and steady-state operating conditions of the unit,the optimized reheat steam temperature control has achieved good control quality.
