斯列普炉活性炭制造控制系统的研究与改进

对斯列普活化炉原理及其工作流程进行了基本介绍.利用西门子S7-200 SMART系列PLC实现了对斯列普活化炉的换火和卸料工序的逻辑和定时控制,并通过以太网与上位机触摸屏进行通信.与传统的斯列普活化炉控制系统相比,对温度和压力采集模块进行了技术上的改进,将原来的使用S7-200 SMART模拟量输入模组采集数据的方法改为利用数据采集卡采集温度和压力,并通过RS 485 总线将数据传送到上位机触摸屏上,进行数据的显示.对换火程序进行改进,使得换火动作在外部检测元件发生故障时仍能继续执行.该系统具有控制性能可靠、可视性好等优点,与传统的控制系统相比,在保证产品质量的前提下,可以大大降低生产成本.
Research and Improvement of Control System for Slep Furnace Activated Carbon Production
This paper provides a basic introduction to the principle and working process of the Slep activated furnace.The Siemens S7-200 SMART series PLC is used to achieve logical and timing control of the ignition and unloading pro-cesses of the Slep activated furnace.Communication with the upper computer touch screen is established through Ethernet.Compared to the traditional control system for the Slep activated furnace,technical improvements are made to the tempera-ture and pressure acquisition modules.The previous method of using the S7-200 SMART analog input module for data ac-quisition is replaced by the use of a data acquisition card to collect temperature and pressure data,which is then transmit-ted to the upper computer touch screen via RS 485 bus for display.The ignition process is improved to ensure that it can continue even when there is a fault in the external detection elements.This system has the advantages of reliable control performance and good visibility.
