设计了一款基于工业振动故障检测的移动式采集端系统,利用振动传感器采集工业设备振动信号,并通过嵌入式系统树莓派、采用PyQt5 进行系统界面开发,实现数据采集和异常情况分析.同时,使用MySQL数据库进行数据存储和管理,提高数据效率和处理能力.该能够有效地检测出工业设备中的潜在故障,具有很高的实用性和应用价值.该研究对于提高设备监测与维护能力,提升设备运行效率以及减少设备损坏等方面有着重要的意义.
Design of Mobile Acquisition Terminal System Based on Industrial Vibration Fault Detection
In this paper,a mobile acquisition terminal system based on industrial vibration fault detection is designed.The vibration sensor is used to collect the vibration signals of industrial equipment,and the embedded system Raspberry PI and PyQt5 are used to develop the system interface to realize data acquisition and anomaly analysis.At the same time,MySQL database is used for data storage and management to improve data efficiency and processing capacity.It can ef-fectively detect the potential faults in industrial equipment,and has high practicability and application value.This study has important significance for improving equipment monitoring and maintenance ability,improving equipment operation efficiency and reducing equipment damage.
