Design of Product Traceability System Applied in Tunnel Kiln
Based on scanning technology and Access database technology,a set of product traceability system is de-signed in this paper.Its feature is to trace the product indirectly by tracing the kiln car which loaded the product,so that the tracing system can be applied in high temperature environment such as tunnel kiln.Through the traceability system,the production management can conveniently query the production process data according to the production batch number or the date,so as to facilitate the traceability of quality problems and the identification of responsibility.The system has been running stably for six months in an enterprise in Jiangsu Province.A factor affecting product quality has been found and the yield rate of products has been improved.
