When the flexible production plan in the workshop is restricted,there may be certain control strategies,and there may be differences between actual production and theoretical analysis.This paper uses Plant Simulation software and combines the actual adjustable strategies in on-site production to model and analyze a certain body workshop.It analyzes the vehicle ratio and control strategies that should be met under vehicle switching and empty conditions in the body work-shop,and analyzes the factors that affect the production capacity and operation of the body workshop.The analysis method can be used for reference in the future.
