Design of Slide Rail Reciprocating Patter Based on Touch Panel
A linear slide rail reciprocating patter based on the touch screen is presented in this paper.It consists of an Arduino controller,a motor,a motor drive module,a slide rail and an infrared detection module.The Arduino controller is responsible for receiving commands from the touch screen interface,controlling the motor rotation by controlling the motor drive module L298N to perform the flapping function of the flapper.By controlling the TB6600 module,the 42 stepper motor is controlled to drive the slide rail drive platform to realize the reciprocating movement of the patter on the transmission platform.Users can customize the functions of the massage,such as position,duration,etc.through the touch panel inter-face,and the entire system is powered by two 12 V rechargeable batteries,making it a mobile patter.
