Design of Cigarette Counting System for Vertical Dispenser Based on Microcontroller
In view of the problem that the vertical distribution machine used by Zhaotong Tobacco Company does not have the function of automatic inventory and takes a long time,a set of vertical special cigarette automatic inventory sys-tem is designed in this paper.The system is mainly composed of microcontroller,ranging sensor,485 interface,LCD dis-play and expansion interface.The microcontroller receives ranging sensor to measure the distance,calculates the remaining cigarettes and displays through LCD,and the 485 interface is used to transmit data.After the actual machine test,the cigarette inventory system can accurately collect the number of remaining cigarettes in the channel.
