The oxygen generation system of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Power Plant includes four air separation systems and three public auxiliary systems.The DCS control system adopts the Experion PKS distributed control system of Honeywell Company in the United States,The extended service of control system,frequent failures,difficulties in spare parts procure-ment and other issues have been major hidden dangers in safe production,Completely solve the above problems through system upgrading.This paper mainly discusses and introduces the upgrading of control system and the realization of cen-tralized monitoring function.
