基于工作过程系统化的课程开发理念,对高职工业机器人技术专业核心课程"可编程控制器技术"进行开发设计,通过对工业机器人技术专业工作岗位群分析,筛选确定典型工作任务自动化控制系统装调,将其归纳为工业机器人应用系统集成工作领域,进而转化为学习领域电气系统安装与功能实现,设计了送货小车自动往返控制系统装配与调试、十字路口交通信号灯控制系统装配与调试、二级传送带控制系统装配与调试三个学习情境.以学习情境送货小车自动往返控制系统装配与调试为例,以工作过程为导向进行信息获取、计划、决策、实施、检查、评价的完整性学习设计,注重职业行为能力培养.
Research on Development of Programmable Controller Technology Course in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Systematization of Working Process
Based on the idea of curriculum development of systematization of working process,the core course"pro-grammable controller technology"of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges is developed and de-signed.Through the analysis of the job group of industrial robot technology specialty,the typical work task automation con-trol system installation is selected and determined,which is summarized as the work field of industrial robot application sys-tem integration,and then transformed into the learning field electrical system installation and function realization,Three learn-ing situations are designed,including the assembly and debugging of the automatic round-trip control system of the deliv-ery car,the assembly and debugging of the traffic signal control system at the intersection,and the assembly and debug-ging of the control system of the secondary conveyor belt.Taking the assembly and debugging of the automatic round-trip control system of the delivery car in the learning situation as an example,the integrated learning design of information ac-quisition,planning,decision-making,implementation,inspection and evaluation is guided by the working process.
