Aiming at the problem of stretching fixture and cooling time measurement in aluminum profile processing,dif-ferent types of stretching fixtures are designed,and the optimal cooling time under different processing parameters is de-termined.By optimizing the design of the drawing fixture and the control of the cooling time,the processing quality and production efficiency of aluminum profiles can be improved.Experimental results show that this method can effectively im-prove the performance and shape of aluminum profiles,and has important application value.
