摘要
碲化铋(Bi2Te3)基热电材料因其在室温下具有最高的热电优值(ZT≈1)而被广泛应用,是目前唯一成功商业化的热电材料.为实现Bi2Te3 生产数据实时存储,通过集成管控提高设备运行效率,设计了Bi2Te3 热电材料生产设备数据采集与监控系统,实现了全工艺过程的实时数据采集和运行监控.经验证,该系统易于搭建,运行稳定,可以满足企业对Bi2Te3 热电材料生产设备的集成监控、存储展示及分析验证等多种实际需求.
Abstract
Bi2Te3-based thermoelectric materials are widely used because of their highest thermoelectric merit(ZT≈1)at room temperature,and is the only successful commercial thermoelectric material at present.In order to realize the real-time storage of Bi2Te3 production data and improve the running efficiency of equipment through integrated management and control,the Bi2Te3 thermoelectric material production equipment SCADA is designed,to realize the real-time data acquisition and Operation Monitoring of the whole process.It is proved that the system is easy to set up,stable in operation,and can meet the requirements of integrated monitoring,storage and analysis of Bi2Te3 thermoelectric material production equipment.
