电网运行监控系统告警处理响应的研究与应用

摘要
随着电力系统的不断发展,电网告警处理成为了保障电力系统安全稳定运行的重要环节.针对目前电网运行监控系统告警处理存在的局限性问题,结合电网用户实际应用需求,设计并开发了一套电网告警处理响应系统,通过自动化手段对告警信息进行分类配置,提供语音、音响、短信、电话等多种处理响应方式,实现实时、准确、可靠的电网告警响应处理,从而保障电力系统的安全运行.
Abstract
With the continuous development of power systems,alarm processing in power grids has become an impor-tant part to ensure the safe and stable operation of power systems.In response to the limitations of current alarm process-ing in power grid operation monitoring systems,combined with the actual application requirements of power system users,a set of alarm processing response system has been designed and developed.This system automatically classifies and con-figures alarm information,providing various processing response methods such as voice,sound,SMS,and phone calls,to achieve real-time,accurate,and reliable alarm processing response in power grids.
