为有效提高工业以太网通信设计、调试的效率,解决实际设备调试风险高、试错成本高等问题,以两台S7-1500 PLC为例,设计一种基于PLCSIM Advanced和TIA Portal V16的开放式以太网通信的仿真方案.采用TIA Portal V16编写S7-1500 PLC通信程序、参数设置、进行硬件配置和组态,通过PLCSIM Advanced与博途V16(1500系列)仿真通信配置,实现两台S7-1500 PLC开放式以太网通信仿真.结果表明:该方案能够有效验证开放式以太网通信,完成工业以太网的协同调试.
Simulation Design of Open Ethernet Communication Based on PLCSIM Advanced and TIA Portal V16
In order to improve the efficiency of the design and debugging of Industrial Ethernet communication,and to solve the problems of high debugging risk and high trial-and-error cost of actual equipment,two S7-1500 PLCs are taken as examples,a simulation scheme of open Ethernet communication based on PLCSIM Advanced and TIA Portal V16 is de-signed.S7-1500 PLC communication program,parameter setting,hardware configuration and configuration are programmed by Tia Portal V16,through PLCSIM Advanced and Tia Portal V16(1500 series)simulation communication configuration,the Open Ethernet communication simulation is executed between two S7-1500 PLCs.The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively validate the open Ethernet communication and accomplish the industrial Ethernet co-debugging.
