Development of VOD Furnace Control Program Based on Modular Programming
Based on the concept of modularization and the concept of modular programming,the VOD furnace control program is designed in a modular manner,and the modules are structurally defined and classified.The VOD furnace con-trol system module units are divided into equipment modules,functional modules,and system modules according to the characteristics of control functions.Each module has independent control logic,close process correlation and interlocking re-lationship,through various modules combination call to realize the control function of the whole VOD furnace.In software development and application,modular programming reduces the difficulty of work,improves the work efficiency of designers and design standardization,and promotes the level of automatic control and intelligence of the system.
