原料供给设备是锂电池材料自动化生产线中重要的组成部分.针对现有供料设备控制实时性差、供料精度低、生产效率低等问题,设计了一种以STM32 为主控芯片、FreeRTOS为操作系统的原料供给设备控制系统.硬件部分根据系统的需要设计了电源模块、伺服电机驱动模块、RS485 通信模块、CAN通信模块、以太网通信模块、按键模块、IO隔离模块等.软件部分植入了FreeROTS操作系统以及相关通信协议;并根据设备控制原理设计了对应的任务,分配了各任务的优先级;最后利用任务调度和任务通信机制实现对设备运行的实时高效控制.经过实验测试,设计的控制系统能有效控制供料设备的运行,具有可靠性高、实时性好、控制精度准确和生产成本低等优势,能够满足工业生产需求.
Design of Feeding Equipment Control System Based on STM32
Feeding equipment is an important component of fully automatic roller kiln.Aiming at the problems of poor real-time control,low feeding accuracy,and low production efficiency of existing feeding equipment,this paper designs a raw material supply equipment control system with STM32 as the main control chip and FreeRTOS as the operating system.According to the needs of the system,the hardware design includes power module,servo motor drive module,RS485、CAN、Ethernet communication module,button module,IO isolation module,etc.The software is embedded with the FreeROTS operating system and related communication protocols.And based on the principle of device control,corre-sponding tasks were designed and assigned priority levels for each task.Finally,utilizing task scheduling and task commu-nication mechanisms to achieve real-time and efficient control of device operation.After experimental testing,the system designed in this paper can effectively control the operation of feeding equipment,with advantages such as high reliability,good real-time performance,accurate control accuracy,and low production costs.It can meet industrial production needs.
