摘要
通过实验法,以传感器MLX90640 和单片机GD32F103 为内核,搭配ILI9341 显示屏,设计一款非接触式快速测温便携式的红外热成像仪器.仪器通过IIC接口实现单片机与传感器的数据交换,并将获取的红外测温温度值进行灰度转化与RGB565 编码转化,最终以图像的形式显示在TFT-LCD上.如果设备检测到中心点温度高于设定阈值时可触发仪器报警,蓝牙通信模块发送异常信息到手机终端.方案证明了传感器MLX90640 在红外热成像技术上的应用,在应对大流量的人员密集时具有较好的快速测温能力,且能够较精确地对当前环境进行测温监控,满足侦测隐藏式电子产品的需求.
Abstract
By using the sensor MLX90640 and MCU GD32F103 as the core,and ILI9341 display screen,a non-contact fast temperature measurement portable infrared thermal imaging instrument is designed in this paper.The instrument realizes the data exchange between MCU and sensor through IIC interface,and transforms the obtained infrared temperature mea-surement value into gray level and RGB565 code,finally displays the image on TFT-LCD.It is proved that the application of the sensor MLX90640 in infrared thermal imaging technology,which has a good rapid temperature measurement ability when dealing with large traffic and dense personnel,and can measure the temperature of the current environment more ac-curately,and meet the needs of detecting hidden electronic products.
