A dynamic projection indication system for actual aircraft assembly scenes is developed,and a secondary positioning method is proposed,which combines the target dynamic tracking algorithm based on the SuperGlue algorithm and the camera-projector two-dimensional image calibration.It can dynamically accurately project the virtual assembly pro-cess information of each process on the corresponding position on the workpiece surface,and then gradually guide workers to complete complex assembly tasks.It can be seen from the fastener assembly experiment of the aircraft panel simulation part:the system can dynamically project the fastener installation position and corresponding grade information on the sur-face of simulation part,avoiding the time consumed in repositioning and improving the work efficiency.
