针对LED显示屏人工检测强度高、效率低的问题,运用LabVIEW和IMAQ VISION工具包实现了显示屏的机器视觉测试系统设计,该系统可以实现对LED显示屏单元板的亮点、暗点和字符的检测,同时可实现状态显示屏显示状态是否正确的检测.试验验证表明,该检测系统能够准确地完成对显示屏各测试项的检测,在保证测试覆盖率的同时提高检测的时效性及准确性.
In response to the problem of high manual detection intensity and low efficiency in LED display screens,this paper uses LabVIEW and IMAQ VISION toolkits to design a machine vision testing system for display screens.This system can detect the bright,dark,and characters of LED display unit boards,and can also detect whether the display status of the status display screen is correct.Experimental verification shows that the detection system can accurately complete the detec-tion of various test items on the display screen,while ensuring test coverage and improving the timeliness and accuracy.
