摘要
在基于PC-NC的新型数控系统平台上,介绍了一种自动通讯机制,实现上位PC机与数控系统NC进行通讯,上位PC机设有控件库,控件库中设有若干种类可注册控件和用于维护可注册控件与数控系统之间进行通讯的通讯库.这种自动通讯机制能消除通讯过程中的人为干预,建立一套全自动化的通讯机制,不仅降低构建上位机软件的复杂性,同时提高系统的稳定可靠性.
Abstract
On the new CNC system platform based on PC-NC,this paper introduces an automatic communication mechanism,to realize communication between the upper PC and the NC system.The upper PC has a control library,which contains several types of registrable controls and a communication library used to maintain communication between the reg-istrable controls and the CNC system.This automatic communication mechanism can eliminate human intervention during the communication process,establish a fully automated communication mechanism,not only reduce the complexity of building upper computer software,but also improve the stability and reliability of the system.
