针对临时接地线防误操作需求,提出了遵从国家电网输变电物联网LoRa(Long Range Radio)组网规范的智能接地线实现方案.系统基于M-XL6 无线模组实现LoRa组网,采用A40i核心板实现边缘代理平台,完成无线网络管理及与变电站内网数据交互.智能接地线以HC32L073 为主控,采用RFID实现挂接检测,LoRa通信上传挂接数据;同时设计了基于信道复用的低功耗空中唤醒功能,实现了防误系统的实时校验,并保证智能接地线的长期使用.经试点站测试,该智能接地线系统可以满足输变电站综合智能防误使用需求.
Wireless Smart Earthing Lead Based on Internet of Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment
Aiming to prevent on-the-site misoperation of temporary earthing leads,a new solution is proposed under the wireless networking specification of the Internet of power transmission and transformation equipment released by the State Grid.The system realizes LoRa networking based on M-XL6 wireless module,and realizes edge agent platform based on A40i core board to translate data between wireless network management and the substation intranet data.The intelligent grounding wire uses HC32L073 as the main controller,detect the installation status through RFID,and uploads the hook da-ta throgh LoRa communication.The introduction of wake-on-radio improve security for prevent misoperation system.With low power solution and wireless charging function,the long-term use of smart earthing lead is implemented and ensured.Log sheets and test reports about the pilot station trials prove that the smart earthing lead system fully meet the compre-hensive intelligent misoperation prevention requirements of the transmission and transformation power station.
