Analysis and Design of Industrial System Data Acquisition Technology
In order to improve industrial production efficiency,reduce production costs,and ensure related production safety,this paper conductes research on the analysis and design of industrial system data acquisition technology,and com-prehensively analyzed the current status of data acquisition technology,as well as summarized the characteristics and chal-lenges of data acquisition and data configuration data.Secondly,this paper proposes a solution based on the supOS in-dustrial system and terminal software(data acquisition software)to achieve the integration and pre-processing of multi-di-mensional heterogeneous data.According to the different data characteristics of the system,various data frames and drivers are used to process multi-dimensional data,and the same data protocol is used for data submission.On the supOS plat-form,object-oriented models(such as devices,personnel,materials,and products)are used to process and analyze data from multiple data sources according to user needs,providing real-time data monitoring and related remote control services.
