基于分级管理架构的储能电站监控系统研究

储能电站具有快速、精准的功率控制特性,可有效改善系统的动态调节性能,是未来电力行业发展的必然选择.然而,常规储能电站响应时间逐渐无法满足电网相关指标.针对这一关键问题,提出一种新型储能电站分级管理通信体系架构.在传统储能电站现有通信架构模型的基础上,分析传统通信架构不足;构建包括硬件、软件等新型分级管理通信架构模型;并设计基于分级管理监控系统的有功调节与无功调节实验,从而验证新型分级管理通信的可行性和有效性.实验结果表明,新型分级管理通信架构能有效缩短响应指标数据,提升电网动态调节性能.
SCADA System for a Energy Storage Power Plant Based on Hierarchical Management Structure
As a important part of future power industry,energy storage power plants have the characteristics of quick response and exact control,which can effectively improve the dynamic regulation performance of the power system.Howev-er,the response time of traditional energy storage power plants can not satisfy the power grid criterion.In this paper,a new supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system based on the hierarchical management structure is proposed to reduce the response time.Firstly,the disadvantages of the traditional communication framework are analyzed based on the traditional energy storage power plants.Then,a new communication framework model based on hierarchical manage-ment structure,including hardware and software,is built.Finally,experiments of the active power regulation and the reactive power regulation,which are based on the proposed hierarchical-structure SCADA system,are conducted to verify the per-formance of the proposed system.The experimental results show that the proposed hierarchical-structure SCADA system can effectively reduce the response time as well as improve the dynamic regulation performance of power grid.
