Size Calibration Method of Low-contrast Artifact Contour Size Based on Machine Vision
Due to uneven lighting and image noise,the contour of low contrast workpieces may be discontinuous and the edges may be blurry,resulting in an increase in the error of size parameter calibration results and affecting the accura-cy of workpiece size parameters.To address this issue,machine vision technology is introduced to improve the clarity and accuracy of workpiece contours.Firstly,by arranging the cameras and related equipment,the image of the workpiece is obtained.In response to the possible low contrast noise,orthogonal processing methods are used to denoise the image to improve image quality.Next,based on preprocessed images,the surface morphology and contour information of the work-piece are extracted,providing reference and benchmark for size parameter calibration.
