摘要
研究了传统制造业向智能制造的转型和升级.智能制造是工业 4.0 时代的主要发展趋势,通过数字孪生、信息物理系统和智能工厂等技术手段,将制造业工厂全生命周期实现数字化、网络化和智能化.这种深度融合促进了产业技术创新,特别是大数据和智能协作的应用,使得制造业实现了更高效的业务流程协作.
Abstract
This paper investigates the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries to intelligent manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing is the main trend in the era of Industry 4.0,which achieves digitization,networking,and intelligence of manufacturing plants through technologies such as digital twins,Cyber-physical systems,and smart fac-tories.This deep integration promotes technological innovation in the industry,especially the application of big data and in-telligent collaboration,enabling manufacturing to achieve more efficient business process collaboration.
