摘要
针对目前方坯连铸生产线生产报表数据由人工进行输入仍然很普遍的情况,系统应用计算机技术、网络技术和Excel办公软件,结合方坯连铸生产线对生产报表内容的需求,开发出一套智能生产报表系统.它可以实时自动跟踪、存储生产过程中的设备和过程数据进行分析统计生成生产报表文件,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,实现了生产报表的自动化、数字化、标准化.
Abstract
In view of that the production report of billet continuous casting production line is still generally made by manual data input,this system uses computer technology,network technology and Excel office software,combined with the demand of billet continuous casting production line for production report content,to develop a set of intelligent production report system.It can automatically track and store equipment and process data in the production process in real time,it analysis and statistics to generate production report files,so reduce the labor intensity of operators,realize the automation,digitalization and standardization of production reports.The operation efficiency and management level of continuous casting are improved.
