基于CRH380B动车组牵引变压器二次侧接地的原理分析,针对目前CRH380B动车组牵引变压器二次侧接地检测存在的问题,梳理可能发生的故障点及处理方案,并从源头、结构等提出解决措施,可以保障后续的检修更快、更精准地确认车组牵引变压器二次侧接地故障点,并大幅度减少故障的发生,以提高动车组的故障处置及检修水平,降低车组故障运营风险,保证车组安全稳定的运营秩序.
Based on the principle of secondary side grounding of traction transformers of CRH380B EMUs,this paper an-alyzes the problems existing in the secondary side grounding detection of traction transformers of CRH380B EMUs,sorts out the possible fault points and treatment schemes,and proposes solutions from the source and structure,which can ensure faster and more accurate subsequent maintenance to confirm the secondary ground fault points of the traction transformer of the EMU,and greatly reduce the occurrence of faults,so as to improve the fault handling and maintenance level of EMUs.
