摘要
考虑船闸变电所是通航运行安全的电力系统中枢区域,执行倒闸操作需要具备熟练且规范的操作步骤,避免出现误操作的可能.由此对船闸变电所展开倒闸操作模拟平台的预设研究,该研究不仅可以提高操作人员的熟练度,降低误操作的风险,对船闸稳定安全运行也具有必要性和推广价值.
Abstract
Considering that the lock substation is the central area of the power system with safe navigation operation,it is necessary to have skilled and standardized operation steps to perform the reverse operation,so as to avoid the possibil-ity of misoperation.Therefore,a preset research on the simulation platform of lock reversal operation is carried out in the substation of the lock.This research can not only improve the proficiency of the operator and reduce the risk of misopera-tion,but also has the necessity and popularization significance for the stable and safe operation of the lock.
