基于西门子S7-1500 可编程逻辑控制器和MCGS组态软件设计了用于锂电池材料烧结的自动生产线控制系统.该系统的核心CPU选用S7-1500 可编程逻辑控制器,扩展模块选用卡片式IO扩展模块,上位机选用TPC 1071Gi触摸屏.PLC程序设计了工位自动/手动运行切换、报警输出、节拍统计、急停等子程序块.HMI设计了工位状态显示、手动操作、参数设置、报警提示等界面.所设计的控制系统在客户车间经过运行验证,具有自动化程度高、稳定可靠、界面操作简单的特点.
Design of Automatic Production Line Control System Based on MCGS and PLC
An automatic production line control system for lithium battery material sintering is designed based on Siemens S7-1500 programmable logic controller and MCGS configuration software.The core CPU of the system uses S7-1500 programmable logic controller,the expansion module uses card type IO expansion module,and the upper computer uses TPC 1071Gi touch screen.The PLC program is designed with sub program blocks such as automatic/manual opera-tion switching,alarm output,beat statistics,and emergency stop.HMI has designed interfaces for displaying workstation status,manual operation,parameter settings,and alarm prompts.The control system designed has been validated in the customer's workshop and has the characteristics of high automation,stability and reliability,and simple interface operation.
