摘要
数字T/R组件是数字阵列系统的重要组成部分,针对数字T/R组件测试指标复杂、数据处理繁多等测试需求,设计开发了一种自动测试系统.该系统通过GPIB总线控制测试仪器,通过网口控制光纤采集板实现T/R组件指标的全自动测试.介绍了测试系统的硬件设计,软件功能开发,系统校验与指标测试.该测试系统在实际应用中缩短了测试时间,有效提高了研制生产效率.
Abstract
Digital T/R modules is an important part of the digital array system.An automatic test system is designed and developed in this paper to meet the test requirements of digital T/R modules such as complex test indexs and numerous data processing.The system controls the test instrument through the GPIB bus and optical fiber acquisition board through the net-work port to realize the automatic test of T/R modules.This paper introduces the hardware design,software function develop-ment,system calibration and index test.The test system can shorten the test time and improve the production efficiency.
