全自动驾驶场景下站台门系统端门联控机制的研究

地铁全自动驾驶场景对站台门系统端门的管控提出了更高的要求,在传统开关操作的基础上,增加了与门禁系统的接口.提出了一种基于一体化锁的开关门联动及状态监控的方法.通过一体化锁斜舌、保险舌、推杆锁、门禁系统和到位开关的相互配合,实现对端门开关状态、推杆动作、门锁动作的全方位监控,同时避免了出现端门关闭未锁紧情况的发生,提高了系统安全性及运营效率.
Research on Terminal Door Joint Control Mechanism of Platform Door System in Fully Automatic Driving Scenario
The automatic driving scenario of subway puts forward higher requirements for the control of the terminal door of the platform door system,that is,on the basis of the traditional switch operation,the interface with the access control system is added.This paper presents a method of opening and closing door linkage and state monitoring based on inte-grated lock.Through the coordination of the integrated lock inclined tongue,safety tongue,push rod lock,access control system and in place switch.This paper realizes the all-round monitoring of the end door switch status,push rod action and door lock action,while avoiding the occurrence of the end door closed and not locked,improving the system security and operational efficiency.
