摘要
介绍了一种基于PLC的风机智能控制及能耗监测系统的设计方案.该系统利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为核心控制单元,通过Modbus通信协议实现风机的智能控制和能耗监测.系统采用了智能电表、电流互感器、变频器等设备,通过PLC完成对风机的控制和数据采集,并通过触摸屏实现人机交互界面.系统支持多种风机工作模式,并能实时监测能耗和报警信息.该系统具有开放性、稳定性和可靠性,适用于化工领域的风机控制和能耗管理.
Abstract
This paper introduces a design scheme of an intelligent control and energy consumption monitoring system for fans based on PLC.The system utilizes a programmable logic controller(PLC)as the core control unit and achieves in-telligent control and energy consumption monitoring of the fan through Modbus communication protocol.The system adopts intelligent electricity meters,current transformers,frequency converters and other equipment,and controls the fan and col-lects data through PLC.The human-machine interface is also achieved through touch screen.The system supports multiple fan operating modes and can monitor energy consumption and alarm information in real-time.This system has openness,stability,and reliability,and is suitable for fan control and energy consumption management in the chemical industry.
