油气管道智能诊断光纤预警系统技术分析与设计

通过对现场勘探以及市场需求情况分析,发现以下几点核心问题:当前油气管道运营里程普遍偏长,地处偏远或天气恶劣地区,难以管控;人工巡检成本高、周期长、效率低、无法实时监控;多数晚上遭受的破坏和偷盗,遭受破坏的位置隐秘、隐患大、难以巡查;管道现有方法定位精度差、挖掘范围广、成本高;告警发生后,发现事故不及时,损失大量油气资源以及造成环境破坏.提出了一套基于工业互联网完成设备远程监控以及实时推送告警数据的油气管道智能诊断光纤预警系统,利用分布式光纤传感技术实现管道监控预警,通过远程接入数据以及处理对现场进行实时监控和告警监测.
Technical Analysis and Design of Intelligent Diagnosis Fiber Optic Warning System for Oil and Gas Pipeline
Based on the analysis of field exploration and market demand,the current oil and gas pipeline safety opera-tion pipeline is generally long,located in remote or bad weather areas,difficult to control,high cost of manual inspection,long cycle,low efficiency,and cannot be monitored in real time.Most of the damage and theft suffered at night,the loca-tion of the damage is hidden,hidden dangers are big,difficult to inspect.The existing methods of pipeline have poor posi-tioning accuracy,wide excavation scope,high cost,and several important core problems such as late detection of acci-dents after the occurrence of alarms,loss of a large amount of oil and gas resources,and environmental damage.This pa-per proposes a set of intelligent diagnosis optical fiber early warning system for oil and gas pipeline based on the Internet to complete remote monitoring of equipment and push alarm data in real time.Distributed optical fiber sensing technology is used to realize pipeline monitoring and early warning,and real-time monitoring and alarm monitoring are carried out through remote data access and processing.
