基于PCS7与SMPT-1000的连续过程控制系统设计

以SMPT-1000 实验平台的混合罐、反应器、闪蒸罐、冷凝罐为被控对象,仿真了连续过程系统,综合考虑系统工艺参数、安全性、稳定性的要求,分析反应过程的特性,设计了控制回路和开车顺序,采用西门子PCS7 系统设计了一套可行的控制方案.基于SMPT-1000 实验平台进行仿真实验,实验运行结果表明:在保证安全和稳定的前提下,该系统的液位、压强、温度、流量等参数均能符合工艺参数的要求且实现自动控制,系统产品纯度达到 75%以上,满足实际生产要求.
Design of Continuous Process Control System Based on PCS7 and SMPT-1000
Taking the mixing tank,reactor,flash tank and condensing tank of SMPT-1000 experimental platform as the controlled objects,the continuous process system is simulated.Analyzing the characteristics of the reaction process and considering the requirements of system process parameters,safety and stability,the control loop and driving sequence are designed in this paper.A feasible control scheme is designed using Siemens PCS7 system.Simulation experiments are carried out based on SMPT-1000 experimental platform,and the experimental operation results show that,under the premise of ensuring safety and stability,the system's parameters such as liquid level,pressure,temperature and flow rate can meet the requirements of process parameters and realize automatic control,and the purity of the system product reaches more than 75%,which meets the actual production requirements.
