Flue Gas Desulfurization Control System in Thermal Power Plant Based on DCS
In thermal power generation,SO2 and NOx produced by coal combustion will cause serious air pollution.The flue gas desulfurization project of a 2×150 t/h coal-water slurry boiler in a power plant is based on limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology.Based on NT6000 distributed control system,the hardware selection and design of desulfurization control system,the design and drawing of man-machine interaction interface,and the program design and logic configura-tion of typical production process are carried out to realize the treatment of boiler flue gas.The successful application of decentralized control system in desulfurization project has realized the remote monitoring of field operation state and the re-mote and automatic control of local equipment.
