摘要
智能制造的大环境不断推动先进制造装备和信息通信技术的进一步融合,面向可配置复合磨削中心,设计开发监控系统实现对复合磨削中心加工状态的监控功能.针对复合磨削中心可配置的不同数控系统,标准化封装其通信接口;同时,设计开发基于C/S架构的监控系统,实时读写接口数据,达到监测复合磨削中心加工状态的目的.
Abstract
The intelligent manufacturing environment continues to promote the further integration of advanced manufactur-ing equipment and information communication technology(ICT).This paper designs and develops a monitoring system for the configurable compound grinding center to monitor the processing status.For the different CNC systems that can be configured in the compound grinding center,the communication interfaces are packaged in a standardized way.At the same time,a monitoring system based on C/S architecture is designed and developed to monitor the processing status of the compound grinding center,which can read and write interface data in real time.
