摘要
使用简单直观的方法把小线段拟合成二次均匀B样条曲线,基于嵌入式数控系统有限的主CPU的数据处理能力,严格地控制了拟合的运算量,在保证插补计算实时性的同时,有效控制了拟合曲线的误差,实现中高档数控系统的高精高速运动控制.
Abstract
In this paper,a simple and intuitive method is used to fit small segments into a quadratic uniform B-spline curve.Based on limited data processing capability of the main CPU in embedded CNC systems,strictly controls the amount of fitting operations,while ensuring real-time interpolation calculation,effectively controls the error of fitting curves,finally implements high-precision and high-speed motion control for mid and top grade CNC systems.
