火电机组循环水余热利用中吸收式热泵性能仿真

摘要
大型火电机组存在大量的低品位余热,如何实现低品位余热的高效利用显得尤为关键.针对火电机组循环化余热利用难题,提出了基于吸收式热泵的余热利用方案,系统分析了余热利用过程中吸收式热泵的性能.结果表明,驱动热源压力越大,低温循环水温度越高,热网回水温度越低,热泵机组的COP值越大,机组的整体经济性越好.
Abstract
Large thermal power units have a large amount of low-grade waste heat,and how to achieve efficient utiliza-tion of low-grade waste heat is particularly crucial.This paper proposes a waste heat utilization scheme based on absorp-tion heat pumps to address the problem of recycling waste heat utilization in thermal power units.The performance of ab-sorption heat pumps during the waste heat utilization process is systematically analyzed.The results show that the higher the pressure of the driving heat source,the higher the temperature of the low-temperature circulating water,the lower the return water temperature of the heating network,and the larger the COP value of the heat pump unit,and the better the overall economic performance of the unit.
