Design of a 130 kV High-Voltage DC Power Supply for X-ray Tube Based on ARM
This paper presents the design of a high-voltage DC power supply for X-ray tubes based on an ARM mi-crocontroller architecture.The power supply operates with a 24 V DC input and provides an output voltage of 130 kV,with a maximum design boost gain of 5417.The power supply employs a three-stage boost circuit with a combination of multi-ple topologies,including flyback circuit,LLC resonant circuit,and multiplier rectifier circuit,to achieve high voltage gain and optimize the power supply for high frequency and high efficiency.The system utilizes the STM32F407 series processor as the main control chip and implements stable regulation of the power supply output using an incremental PID algorithm.
