摘要
介绍了智能擦窗机的工作原理及伺服控制系统的控制思想,着重阐述了以上位机西门子SMART 1000 V3触摸屏,下位机西门子S7-200/S7-200 Smart PLC及三菱MR-JE-40A伺服放大器、三菱HG-KN43J-S100电机,以及阀门、水泵构成的伺服电控系统.通过擦窗速度的设定和擦窗距离来计算出脉冲频率和脉冲数,从而精准地控制擦窗机运动.
Abstract
This paper introduces the working principle of the intelligent window cleaning machine and the control con-cept of the servo control system,focusing on the servo control system composed of the upper computer Siemens SMART 1000 V3 touch screen,the lower computer Siemens S7-200/S7-200 Smart PLC,Mitsubishi MR-JE-40A servo amplifier,Mit-subishi HG-KN43J-S100 motor,and other valves and water pumps.Calculate the pulse frequency and number of pulses by setting the window cleaning speed and window cleaning distance,thereby accurately controlling the movement of the window cleaning machine.
