Development of MVB Gateway Board for Train Braking System Based on SoC
In the urban rail vehicle network,the braking system needs to have a gateway function to realize Data trans-fer and protocol conversion between MVB and CAN.The MVB gateway board developed in this paper uses Xilinx Zynq SoC as a coprocessor to realize MVB protocol processing,and uses a NXP MPC series MCU as the main processor to re-alize master-slave communication with the coprocessor,while realizing CAN protocol processing.Compared with the tradi-tional commercial MVB protocol processing module,the MVB protocol processing is implemented by the SoC coprocessor,which ensures the flexibility and controllability of the design,and greatly reduces the economic cost to about 15%.
