摘要
我国近海小型船舶数量众多、海域环境复杂、航线繁忙,而小型船舶一般没有安装船舶自动识别系统,因此给近海船舶航行安全带来威胁,也为渔船管理带来困难.基于AIS+GSM设计了小型船舶动态监管终端,采用太阳能供电、北斗与GPS双模定位、AIS和GSM双网通信,实现终端防拆防移、信息可视化、航程航线记录查询、自动报警、身份识别等功能,很好地满足近海小型船舶的管理需要,能有效保障船舶航行的安全.
Abstract
Small vessels generally do not install automatic ship identification system,which poses a threat to the safety of offshore vessels and also makes it difficult for fishing vessel management agents.Based on AIS+GSM,this paper de-signs a small ship dynamic supervision terminal.It uses solar power supply,Beidou and GPS dual-mode positioning,AIS and GSM dual-network communication.It realized the functions of terminal anti-dismantling and anti-movement,information visualization,route record inquiry,automatic alarm,identity recognition,etc.It satisfies the management needs of small off-shore ships and effectively guarantees the safety of ship navigation.
