Research on Mechanism and Application of Quality Bit in FirmSys System
Quality bit is an important function of digital instrument control system of NPP.It can judge the validity of field signal by quality bit information and execute corresponding processing logic.For the safety DCS system of NPP,in addition to monitoring and controlling the process parameters of the protection system to meet the operation requirements,it is neces-sary to avoid occurrence of voting function degradation or reactor trip due to improper use of quality bit.This paper analyzes the generation,action principle and application of quality bit in FirmSys system,and gives some application schemes.
