时至今日,国内大部分高校在实践教学方面依然保持着传统的理论实训模式,在技能培养方面也未有实质性的教学模型应用.而在新兴的物联网产业方面,学生只有课本理论而无实践基础.因此建设以物联网技术为主的教学模型实验室迫在眉睫.方案主要以IGX Web SCADA及物联网网关为中枢,智慧农业作业棚为辅助,同时结合传感器、新型PLC控制器、工控机设计而成.在此教学模型的帮助下,可有效解决高校实践教学存在的短板,提高学生对物联网技术布置和自控设备编程调试的认识,同时为智慧农业建设物联网作业棚提供了参考依据.
Design of Smart Agricultural Iot Workshed Model Based on IGX Web SCADA
To this day,most domestic universities still maintain the traditional theoretical training mode in practical teach-ing,and there is no substantive application of teaching models in skill training.In the emerging Internet of Things industry,students only have textbook theory and no practical foundation.Therefore,it is urgent to build a teaching model laboratory based on Internet of Things technology.This solution is mainly designed with IGX Web SCADA and IoT gateway as the hub,assisted by the smart agricultural operation shed,and combined with sensors,new PLC controllers and industrial com-puters.With the help of this teaching model,it can effectively solve the shortcomings of practical teaching in colleges and universities,improve students'understanding of IoT technology layout and automatic control equipment programming and debugging,and provide a reference for smart agriculture to build IoT operation sheds.
